Honourable Society has a variety of meeting spaces available, including a 10 seat board room, and 3 smaller less formal spaces. A number of collaborative spaces are also available for break out area’s through our the society building.
The board room located on the ground floor, is a distraction free space fitted with screen combined with AV equipment to assist in making presentations a breeze and visible to all attendees. Fitted with 10 comfortable chairs, the capacity can be increased to 14 if required. This room also has capacity to be converted into a dedicated training space with theatre style set up boasting a capacity for 30 people.
Honourable Society also has 2 smaller meeting rooms with capacity for 4 to 6 people, all located on the ground floor. These rooms are ideal for interviews or similar events where a degree of privacy is needed.
There is a 4th informal meeting space that has views of the busy Victoria street and Queen Victoria Market precinct.
The meeting room hire includes access to the kitchenette on the same level which provides iced water, tea, coffee and hot chocolate for attendees. The ground floor space has dedicated unisex facilities. Catering can be arranged through a reputable local supplier.
Honourable Society is located close to Flagstaff Gardens and team building events or sporting events such as lawn bowls can be arranged for a offsite event as part of your meeting.
Access to the Honourable Society is through the ground floor and your attendees can be met by our Society Host and shown through to the relevant space.
Public transport is easily accessible with the 57, 59,19 and 55 trams all in close proximity combined with several parking options in the immediate area.
